What is your cheapest package?

Presently our cheapest package is the LT-1. While an inexpensive package, it provides a lot of room and space for future growth.

What kind of hardware are you using?

We are currently using a Compaq Proliant 5500R. It has four Xeon PII-400 processors and over 1GB in physical memory. This is in addition to the drive space made available through the internal and external Raid 5 configurations. Numerous redundant systems ensure the box will be remain operational through glitches and problems of any kind.

What kind of web connection do you have?

We are directly peered to an OC-3 connection in the heart of San Diego, providing fail-over control and continuous access to the Internet.

How many domains can I have?

The number of domains you can have is based on your account type. The standard LT-1 account provides for two different domains.

Can I setup sub-domains?

Yes, you can have as many sub-domains as you want, although each sub-domain will be considered an additional domain, and not an extension of the first.

Can I use Front-Page?

Yes, FrontPage is supported.

Can I use Perl, PHP, or ASP?

Yes, we support all of the traditional scripting types. Special resources required may be provided at an additional fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash as well as personal and company checks.

What sort of limitations are on email?

There are no restrictions to the amount of email you send or receive, so long as the email is for your domain and no other. Misuse of the email servers can result in a termination of the contract.

How is my space usage calculated?

Space usage is calculated by adding your web files, existing emails left on the server, server logs, and databases. All of these parts comprise your total available space as granted by each web account.

When do you bill accounts?

All accounts are billed one week before the month service is to be paid for. Long term accounts are handled separately and on a special time schedule.
